Michael Loberg practices in the areas of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring. Michael was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor in Alberta in 1999, an Attorney-at-Law in the Cayman Islands in 2006, and a Solicitor of the High Court of England & Wales in 2008 (active in Alberta only).

Melodi Ulku practices corporate and commercial litigation, construction disputes, as well as creating and administering trusts, wills and estates, and all related litigation and disputes.
Jennifer Miller is a vigorous and dedicated advocate for her clients, working in commercial litigation and construction matters, business disputes as well as in select family law litigation matters. Jen is fluent in Spanish, and has university degrees from Canada and the United Kingdom.
Michael Harker practices in creditor law, corporate and commercial litigation, construction litigation, and papering and enforcing secured transactions. Michael also has significant expertise in tax matters and is well-experienced in litigating against CRA.
Bath-Sheba has over ten years of international law experience working overseas in human rights, regulatory law, public international law, anti-money laundering, international criminal law and law of armed conflict.
